The Day Kimball Healthcare Center, located at 12 South Main Street in Putnam remains closed. 
Blood Draw services are available at the main Hospital campus and at the DKH Plainfield Healthcare Center. Physical Medicine patients will receive a call regarding their appointment. 

Power has been restored to the Day Kimball Healthcare Center in Danielson.
Both the 55 Green Hollow Road building (Blood Draw Services, Physical Medicine, and Dermatology), as well as the 45 Green Hollow Road building (Family Medicine) are now open.

The Day Kimball Healthcare Center in Danielson is closed today.

Family Medicine patients will be seen at Day Kimball Healthcare Center in Dayville.

The Day Kimball Healthcare Center in Plainfield, located at 12 Lathrop Road is open today, with limited services. 
There is no Diagnostic Imaging in Plainfield today. Patients requiring x-ray services are advised to contact Day Kimball Hospital. Other services in Plainfield are open today including: DKH Walk-In Clinic, DKMG Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, & Pediatrics, and Blood Draw Services.

The Hillside Professional Building at 346 Pomfret Street, Putnam is open.
The DKMG General Surgery practice is without phone. 
Pulmonary Medicine patients and Maternal Fetal Medicine practices are open and unaffected.
