Day Kimball Healthcare is pleased to provide a regional COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, December 3, for school age children ages 5+ as well as for parents, school staff, and community members. First and second doses, and booster shots will be provided.

• The “northern clinic” will be held at Putnam Middle School from 12 p.m. noon until 5:30 p.m.
• The “southern clinic” will be held at Plainfield High School from 2:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
• This is a “come one, come all” clinic, and children and their families across the region are encouraged to attend either clinic at the location convenient to them.

We’ll be offering the pediatric Pfizer vaccine and the adult Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines for both first doses, second doses, and booster doses.

A follow-up clinic will be held on Friday, January 7. More details to follow.
