• Internship: Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UConn. • Through the Coordinated Program I interned at UConn Health Center, Hospital of Central Connecticut, Backus Hospital, Harrington Hospital, Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center, Griswold Public Schools, Walden Behavioral Care and the Institute for Collaboration on Health, Intervention and Policy (InCHIP) research program.
• Certifications: Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) board certified registered dietitian nutritionist. Pending results: National Board of Nutrition Support Certification
• Certifications 2: American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, ACE and CETI (Cancer Exercise Training Institute) certified Cancer Exercise Specialist

• Professional Interests: Malnutrition, nutrition support (ex: tube feeding and parenteral nutrition), intuitive eating, weight-neutral nutrition counseling, functional movement, food insecurity
• Personal Interests: Playing piano (going on 22 years now!), being active outside/weight lifting/MMA and boxing, my dogs and family
• Biography:

  I’m taking my board exam to be a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition in early 2022; I needed 2,000 hours of practice in the field before I was eligible to sit for it.
